International Youth Day: Aquae Salutem Thermal Complex offers free admission to young people

Termas de Chaves will celebrate International Youth Day on 12 August 2026 with a special initiative aimed at young people. On that day, the Aquae Salutem Thermal Complex will exceptionally open in the evening, from 8:00 p.m., offering free admission to participants aged between 18 and 25.

The initiative aims to introduce young people to the facilities and provide them with a wellness experience, challenging the common perception that thermal treatments are mainly intended for older people. With hydrodynamic pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath, sensory showers and other facilities, the Aquae Salutem Thermal Complex invites participants to enjoy a different kind of evening, dedicated to relaxation and balance.

Advance registration is mandatory and must be completed by 10 August 2026, either by emailing reservas@termasdechaves.pt or in person at the Termas de Chaves facilities.

For registrations submitted by email, participants must provide their full name, date of birth, postcode and either a mobile phone number or email address.

The initiative is exclusively intended for young people aged between 18 and 25, inclusive, on 12 August 2026. Places are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
