Termas de Chaves distinguished with "Five Star Regions Award 2024"

Balneário Flaviense won the Five Star Regions 2024 Award in the "Termas" category in the Vila Real district. This initiative highlights the best brands, services and products that stand out for their quality and overall satisfaction among consumers.

Balneário Flaviense is thus one of the winners of the 7th edition of the Five Star Regions Awards - 2024, having received the award for the spa sector in the Vila Real district.

This recognition is testament to the excellent service, the qualified professionals and the positive impact that the spas have had on the region. A total of 1,036 brands were assessed (128 of which were winners) and 454,000 consumers were involved in the selection tests.

This distinction comes at a time when demand for Therapeutic, Spa and Wellness Treatments at the Termas de Chaves is growing. Remember that in 2023 there was a new record number of visitors to the spa, totalling 11,598.

There is also the positive impact that the thermal baths have on the local economy, essentially in the hotel and catering sectors, as well as on the valorisation of the region's historical, social and cultural heritage, being an active element in tourism promotion.
